Background Information :

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for Acer Docking Stations (Specification Attached and Addendum). We received bids from five (5) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

CDI – $11,175.00
Howard Technology – $10,500.00
CDW – $10,350.00
Central Technologies – $10,875.00
HPI International – $10,499.25

Staff Recommendation:

We recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications from CDW. With this approval, it is the intent of the Board and management that no liability will be incurred, nor a purchase order issued, until the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018.
